Copyright Policy

Copyright for all accepted papers in the Legal Journal of Artificial Intelligence and Sustainable Development (LJAISD) belongs to the journal. Authors must affirm that the manuscript has not been published elsewhere in its current form and will not be submitted to any other journal before a decision is made by LJAISD.

Upon acceptance, authors are required to sign the copyright transfer form, which will be sent via email along with the acceptance letter. No part of the manuscript may be republished elsewhere without prior written consent from the Editor-in-Chief.

Once the final paper and the signed copyright agreement are submitted, no withdrawal, correction, or update will be permitted.

Authors bear full responsibility for ensuring:

The work is entirely original, with properly cited references.

It contains no libelous or unlawful content, and does not infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, patents, or proprietary rights of any party.

All submissions are checked for plagiarism. Any paper found to include plagiarized material will be immediately rejected and the authors may be banned for 10 years from publishing in the journal.

In cases of detected plagiarism post-publication, authors may be required to issue a written apology to the original authors.

Upon copyright transfer, authors retain the right to:

Use parts of the article (such as figures/tables) in future work with proper acknowledgment to LJAISD.

Keep personal copies for non-commercial, academic use.

Use the article in lectures or educational settings, citing the journal as the source.
