Regulations of Publication
Researchers must adhere to the regulations of publication according to the following technical standards:
The author(s) must submit an electronic copy (Word format) of the research/manuscript to the official email of the Legal Journal of Artificial Intelligence and Sustainable Development (LJAISD)
The author(s) must also submit an electronic version that includes a request to publish the research in the journal, by completing the designated form available on the journal’s website, in accordance with the scientific research requirements set by the ICSRS.
The title page must include: the title of the research, the full name(s) of the author(s) in four parts, their academic degrees, the institution(s) to which they are affiliated, their email address(es), the country name, and the designation of the corresponding author in case of multiple contributors
The author(s) must provide two abstracts—one in Arabic and the other in English—each not exceeding 200 words. The abstracts should begin with the study title, followed by the abstract content, which must include the objectives, methodology, and key findings of the study. Keywords should follow the abstract
The total word count of the research must not exceed 8,000 words, including the abstracts, sources and references, and appendices—if any
The name of the author must not appear, nor should there be any reference to them in the body of the research, in order to preserve the confidentiality and objectivity of the peer review process
The author must adhere to the standards of scholarly writing, ensuring correct language usage and proper punctuation, as well as following the structure of scientific research in accordance with the journal’s formatting, structuring, and referencing guidelines
The author(s) must submit a written declaration confirming that the research has not been sent or published in a book or in any journal affiliated with another academic institution
After the research is accepted for publication, the author must complete the copyright transfer form and submit it to the ICSRS.
If the author requests to withdraw the research and does not proceed with the review process, they must cover the financial costs incurred for the peer review.
The author may obtain electronic copies of their research from the journal’s website
In the event that the journal ceases publication for any reason, its website will remain accessible to researchers, who can use it to access the journal’s archive.
Original manuscripts submitted to the journal will not be returned, whether they are published or not.
The editorial board of the The Legal Journal of Artificial Intelligence and Sustainable Development (LJAISD) reserves the right to withdraw the manuscript if there is conclusive evidence of plagiarism, copyright infringement, inclusion of misleading or unreliable information with harmful intent, or discovery of any unethical conduct. In such cases, the author will be charged the review fee and will be barred from submitting to the journal again
It is not permitted to publish the research or any part of it elsewhere after its acceptance for publication in the Legal Journal of Artificial Intelligence and Sustainable Development (LJAISD), unless written permission is obtained from the editor-in-chief.
